Dealzo is operated by Mr Wright Properties LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Dealzo platform at dealzo.io.

Information We Collect

Account Information

Name and email address provided at signup
Password (stored in encrypted form)
Account plan and subscription status
Date and time of account creation

Property Analysis Data

Property addresses entered into the calculator (optional)
ARV, repair estimates, and deal inputs you provide
Deal calculations, outputs, and saved analyses
Deal strategies selected (Wholesale, Fix & Flip, etc.)

AI Interaction Data

Messages sent to Dealzo Genius AI assistant
AI responses and conversation history within sessions

Technical & Usage Data

Browser type, device type, and operating system
IP address and general location (city/country level)
Pages visited, features used, and session duration
Referral source (how you found Dealzo)

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by third-party processors (Stripe). Dealzo does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment data. We receive only transaction confirmations and subscription status.

To operate and improve the Dealzo platform
To process subscription payments and manage accounts
To provide personalized deal analysis experiences

Data Storage & Security

Account data is currently stored in browser localStorage for demo purposes. In the full platform, data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and password hashing.

While we take security seriously, no system is 100% secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Analytics Tools

Dealzo may use third-party analytics services to understand how users interact with the platform. These tools may collect:

Page view and click data
Session duration and user flows
Feature usage statistics

Analytics data is aggregated and does not personally identify individual users.

Third-Party Services

Dealzo integrates with the following third-party services:

Anthropic (Claude AI) — powers the Dealzo Genius AI assistant
Stripe — processes subscription payments
Google Fonts / CDN services — loads fonts and UI assets

Each third party has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

AI Disclosure

Dealzo Genius and related AI-assisted features may process prompts, deal inputs, and context you provide so the platform can return educational guidance and app support. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your exact market or transaction.

Do not submit passwords, bank details, Social Security numbers, private authorization codes, or other sensitive personal information into AI prompts. You are responsible for independently verifying AI outputs before using them in any real estate decision.

Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data. We do not share personal information with third parties except:

With service providers who help operate the platform (under strict agreements)
When required by law, court order, or government request
To protect the rights and safety of Mr Wright Properties LLC or users

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and associated data

Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days. Deal analysis data may be retained in anonymized, aggregated form for product improvement purposes.

Children's Privacy

Dealzo is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of Dealzo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
