All Dealzo software, algorithms, UI design, branding, deal logic, and content are the exclusive property of Mr Wright Properties LLC. All rights reserved.

Dealzo provides software tools for analyzing potential real estate deals. Users agree to:

Dealzo provides analytical tools and projections intended for educational and informational purposes only. All calculations and projections are estimates based on user inputs and general real estate assumptions.

Users must conduct independent due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making any investment decisions. Mr Wright Properties LLC is not responsible for investment outcomes.
Dealzo includes an AI assistant called Dealzo Genius, which utilizes Claude models by Anthropic Inc. Users acknowledge that AI-generated responses:
Dealzo generates automated deal analysis calculations including ARV estimates, Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO), projected profits, deal ratings, and investment projections. These calculations:
Dealzo does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any calculation. Users must independently verify property values, repair estimates, comparable sales, financing costs, and market conditions. Mr Wright Properties LLC shall not be liable for any losses resulting from reliance on platform calculations.
Users may NOT:
Mr Wright Properties LLC reserves the right to terminate accounts, block IP addresses, and pursue legal action against violators.
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the platform. Dealzo does not verify property addresses, repair estimates, ARV assumptions, or any other financial inputs. Incorrect user data will produce incorrect outputs, and Dealzo bears no responsibility for such results.
Dealzo is software only. Use of Dealzo does NOT create any agency, brokerage, fiduciary, advisory, or lender relationship. Dealzo is NOT:
All transactions are conducted independently by users at their own risk.
Mr Wright Properties LLC may at any time change pricing, modify or remove features, update calculation logic, modify AI integrations, change usage limits, or discontinue the platform. Users acknowledge the platform may change without prior notice.
Dealzo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate calculations, error-free operation, or reliable AI outputs.
⚠️ Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
Mr Wright Properties LLC shall not be liable for investment losses, missed deal opportunities, incorrect deal evaluations, AI-generated errors, or any financial damages arising from platform use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the three months preceding the claim.
Certain Dealzo features require paid subscriptions. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing by Mr Wright Properties LLC. Users may cancel at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
We do not provide partial-month refunds, credits for unused time, or refunds for missed deals, incorrect user inputs, market changes, or dissatisfaction with investment outcomes. Mr Wright Properties LLC reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
Users agree to use Dealzo only for lawful real estate analysis, education, and business planning. Users may not use Dealzo to harass others, submit fraudulent property information, violate privacy rights, spam buyers or sellers, bypass account limits, resell access, or use outputs in a misleading way.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse AI features, scrape platform content, interfere with service operations, or use Dealzo in connection with illegal, deceptive, or harmful activity.
Dealzo is operated by Mr Wright Properties LLC. No individual owner, employee, contractor, or representative of Mr Wright Properties LLC shall be personally liable for damages resulting from use of the platform.
All disputes arising from use of Dealzo must be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. By using Dealzo, users waive the right to:
If arbitration is found unenforceable, disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts of Texas.
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mr Wright Properties LLC and its officers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms or applicable laws, or real estate transactions conducted using Dealzo calculations.
Mr Wright Properties LLC is not liable for service interruptions caused by internet disruptions, hosting failures, AI provider downtime, natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond reasonable control.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes subject to court proceedings shall be filed exclusively in Texas courts.
